As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be at the centre of the action - pitching bold ideas, supporting campaigns, and seeing your work make headlines. It's the ideal role for Account Executives ready to step up, or experienced Senior Account Executives looking to sharpen their craft and build towards future client leadership. You'll be trusted with responsibility, supported by smart teammates, and given the space, training, and opportunities to make your mark.
What you'll do:
- Client service:
Support your client lead to deliver smart PR strategies, manage day-to-day comms, and stay on top of news and trends to fuel ideas.
- Account handling:
Coordinate campaign activity, from media interviews to influencer activations, while honing your writing skills and mentoring junior team.
- Media & influencer relations:
Build your own network of contacts, draft compelling materials, and pitch with confidence to secure standout coverage.
- Financial & new business:
Assist with budgets, contribute to case studies, and spot opportunities
to grow client relationships and the agency's work.
- Team & self-management:
Prioritise tasks, delegate effectively, contribute fresh ideas, and manage your time with accountability.
- Wider agency yhinking:
Take ownership of your development, bring perspectives and ideas, and contribute to PRG's own marketing and culture.
What you'll bring:
- 2–4 years' PR or communications experience, ideally agency-side.
- A growing network of media and influencer contacts, with confidence in pitching
- Strong writing and communication skills to engage both clients and journalists.
- Organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with the drive to grow.
