Machine Operators – Immediate Start | Erskine Park

Location: Erskine Park, NSW 2759

Pay Rate: $ $42.00 per hour

Shifts: 12-hour shifts, Tuesday to Friday (rotating day and night shifts)

Overtime: Time-and-a-half and double time applicable on every shift

Our client, a global leader in sheet metal manufacturing, is seeking Machine Operators to join their state-of-the-art facility in Erskine Park. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-performing, technically skilledteam committed to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Full training and paid certifications will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery on a steel production line
  • Sort and assemble metal components
  • Pack finished products and prepare for dispatch
  • Support team members and contribute to overall production targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in production work
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Physically fit – capable of lifting up to 25kg regularly
  • Reliable transport and punctual work ethic
  • Full Australian working rights

Desirable:

  • Overhead crane operation experience
