Talent Focus are currently recruiting manufacturing machine operators & Assembly workers on a long-term casual position for our client based in Marsden Park

Roles are set to start Immediately

Key Details:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 230pm - 11pm
  • $35/$40Hour + Super + Loading
  • Casual Position

The Position:

This position will be focused with numerous number of tasks involved, including;

  • Operating various machinery and hand tools (drills, spanners, saws, grinders, etc.).
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Setting up and operating CNC machines, laser tube cutters, and brake press machines.
  • Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials using a tape measure and precision tools.
  • Lifting, moving, and handling materials (15–20kgs+).
  • Performing routine machine maintenance and reporting faults/breakdowns.
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Meeting daily and weekly production targets.
  • Following standard safety procedures, SWMS, and company policies at all times.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area in line with 5S/housekeeping standards.
  • Conducting basic quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
  • Assisting with general labouring duties when required.
  • Following standard safety procedures, SWMS etc.

Requirements:

  • Must have proven experience in assembly or machine operating.
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and measurements accurately.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling repetitive lifting and manual work.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Forklift license is highly desirable.
