Flomar Pty Ltd is a leading provider of electrical infrastructure solutions, with a strong presence in the energy sector. As an ASP1-accredited contractor, we are authorised to undertake complex electrical works on Ausgrid's network, contributing to critical infrastructure projects across New South Wales.

We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team and support the delivery of high-voltage and distribution network projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and oversee infrastructure projects in compliance with Ausgrid standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and reports.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and field teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Provide engineering support for ASP1 works, including contestable design and construction.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in the industry as described above, preferably within the energy or utilities sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with ASP1 projects and Ausgrid standards.
  • Strong understanding of Australian electrical safety regulations and network codes.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Desirable:

  • Working on large projects with many different teams
  • Familiarity with contestable works and utility provider liaison.
