SAAD Consulting Engineers is dedicated to creating innovative engineering solutions that redefine functionality in every structure. We offer services across Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Hydraulic and Telecommunications Design Solutions amongst other services. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our talented team.

Your position will require you to undertake the following duties & responsibilities:

· Devote your full attention, skills, and time to the performance of your duties.

· Design, drafting, and documentation of electrical services including telecommunications/NBN, Audio Visual, CCTV, and Data.

· Interpreting drawings and drafting and editing of technical specifications against the standards and regulations.

· Markup and checking of engineering drawings.

· Attend site inspections under SAAD instructions to ensure installation compliance of equipment.

· Preparing Engineering Reports and Audits.

· Attendance of client and project meetings.

· Coordination with other engineers to establish the delivery and installation schedules.

· Quality Assurance and Design Check by SAAD's IMS.

Requirements for the Position:

· Must hold at least a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant qualification;

· At least one year, full-time relevant experience as an Electrical Engineer;

· Candidates are required to have experience in standby and emergency power supply systems, interior and exterior lighting systems and NBN and CCTV Design systems;

· Membership with Engineers Australia preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with relevant stakeholders and colleagues on projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
