ABOUT YOU

Your role as a TITLE:

  • Provide excellent customer service to Perth Mint visitors and clients whilst ensuring utmost professionalism in carrying out shop duties and develop full knowledge of the shop's varied product range.
  • Handle enquiries and sales in the shop, over the phone and email.
  • Follow procedures whilst processing Sales through POS
  • Upkeep of the store emails, including staff shopping inbox
  • Assist with removing high valued stock in the evenings and placing it back on display in the morning.
  • Assist with stocktakes and maintain stock in storeroom as required.
  • Assist with creating visual Merchandising of display cabinets. Restock and maintain displays according to merchandising brief.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Weekend duties, balancing of tills before shop start and preparation of shop banking and eftpos reconciliation.
  • Must be available to work weekday and weekend shifts.

We are looking for a someone who has :

  • Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.
  • Passion for jewellery and coins.
