Customer Service Representative

The Position:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic customer centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role will be based at one of our dealerships – Hillcrest, Indooroopilly, Springwood.
This role is the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, and you will liaise between staff, customers, dealers, and subcontractors to ensure that our customers receive timely and cost-effective service. As a Customer Service Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers calling or inquiring online. You'll handle incoming calls, book appointments, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department, ensuring each customer receives prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
What you will do:
- Take inbound calls from our internal and external customers
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer service relationships
- Ensure prompt and effective follow up and response to customers enquiries
- Navigate multiple systems to resolve issues efficiently
- Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic service
- Escalate complex cases and follow up as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance and call quality standards
- Meet daily KPIs and performance metrics consistently
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues, research for alternative solutions, and escalate unresolved problems
- Enter orders and daily releases into the System
- Maintain accurate records of calls and messages
- Keep systems operational by following established procedures, reporting malfunctions
What you will bring:
- Previous Customer Service experience (Previous experience in a call centre, reception, or customer-facing role).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone etiquette
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Work well independently and as part of a team without needing constant supervision
- Providing excellent Customer Service to internal and external customers
- Have a strong customer-centric mindset, demonstrating exceptional service and sales skills
- Motivation and experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computer systems, scheduling tools, and CRM software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solver
- Be naturally curious, resilient, empathetic and adaptable.
