We're chasing experienced Industrial Painters (or solid automotive/general painters keen to step up) to join our Mudgee team.

We're not just looking for a ticket — we're looking for people who take pride in their work and want to build something long-term.

The Work

Bit of everything – you'll split your time between local mine sites and the workshop and local mine sites doing:

  • Industrial spray painting and surface prep
  • Protective coatings and wear-resistant finishes
  • Helping out across the business when needed (we all pitch in)

If you've worked in CHPPs/wash plants, you'll fit right in.

If you haven't, we'll get you trained up fast – Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP, Truck Licence (LR/MR) – we'll help you get the lot.

What You'll Need
  • Around 2+ years' painting experience (industrial or automotive)
  • Solid work ethic and a good attitude
  • Safety-minded, reliable, and ready to learn
  • Happy to do a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
  • Tickets are handy, but not essential – we'll sort them if you don't have them yet
