Elite Electronics is a leading Australian e-retailer of consumer electronics, proudly based in Ravenhall, Victoria. For over a decade, we've built a reputation for delivering top-tier products and service to tech enthusiasts nationwide. As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and dedicated Customer Service Superstar to join our dynamic team.

Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be the face and voice of Elite Electronics—supporting our customers both in-store and online through phone, email, live chat, and various e-commerce platforms.

We're not just looking for someone to answer questions. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and thrives on delivering a gold-standard customer experience with integrity, respect, and compassion.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service across multiple channels (in-store, email, phone, live chat, marketplaces, etc.)
  • Assisting with product inquiries, sales, and basic technical support
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and offering thoughtful, effective solutions

  • Supporting internal operations through:

  • Product testing and warranty claim processing

  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers
  • Creating/updating product listings and online content
  • Supporting social media (YouTube, Facebook, Tiktok)
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required
