Join Us as the Business Resilience and Security Coordinator – Lead Strategic Preparedness Across the Limestone Coast
Are you a proven leader with expertise in disaster resilience, emergency management, and security? The Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) is seeking a highly skilled Business Resilience and Security Coordinator to provide strategic leadership and ensure our systems, services, and people are protected, resilient, and ready to respond.
In this vital role, you'll oversee disaster management strategies across the network, covering emergency response, major incident management, business continuity planning, security, telecommunications infrastructure, paging, and fire safety. You'll play a critical part in ensuring compliance with SA Health policies and Australian standards, driving continuous improvement, and building resilience across all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in disaster resilience, emergency response, incident management, and business continuity planning.
- Oversee security, telecommunications, paging, and fire safety services to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Deliver a disaster resilience system that is fit-for-purpose and aligned with SA Health policies and Australian standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen preparedness and response capacity.
- Lead the development of strategies and policies that support resilience and safety across the network.
What We Are Looking For:
- Extensive experience managing complex and critical disaster resilience strategies in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Proven expertise in critically analysing complex information and providing high-level recommendations, reports, and submissions.
- Demonstrated ability to foster strong networks and maintain credibility with stakeholders across public and private sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive outcomes, influence change, and embed a culture of resilience and safety.
