  • Full-Time Fitness Centre Manager - CrossFit Coogee - Maroubra

  • Salary $85,000

  • Are you passionate about fitness and entertainment? We're looking for a dynamic individual to help us create an exciting and engaging environment at our gym and school training programs, offering an annual salary of $85,000.

  • About the Role:

  • Cross Fit Coogee - Maroubra is seeking a full-time Gym Manager to instruct participants of all ages using our science-based program designed by Andrew Stowe. In this role, you will receive one-on-one mentoring to maximize your skills and ensure that all sessions are well-supervised, delivering optimum results.

  • Key Details:

  • - Position: Full-Time Gym Manager

  • - Hours: 38 hours per week

  • - Location: Our Coogee and Maroubra facilities

  • Prerequisites:

  • - Formal qualifications and a minimum of three years of on-the-job experience

  • - Note: On-the-job training will be provided in addition to your previous experience

  • Responsibilities:

  • - Planning and organising a diverse range of fitness programs AND facilities

  • - Promoting our facilities through effective publicity to attract clients.

  • - Scheduling games and competitions to keep our community active and engaged.

  • - Selecting, training, and supervising a dedicated team of staff.

  • - Ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and meet all safety standards.

  • - Providing coaching, fitness instruction, and personalised training for clients.

  • - Planning and organising catering services to enhance our offerings.
