About the Role

In this varied and dynamic position, you will be the go-to person for all things admin and operations. From managing day-to-day office tasks to supporting our team in the field, you will play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly.

Your role will be varied and will include the following:

  • Answering calls from clients and assist in booking plumbing jobs
  • Assist scheduling jobs and ensuring plumbers' schedules run smoothly
  • Responding to client emails
  • Monitoring vehicle servicing schedules
  • Maintaining electronic filing systems
  • Obtaining relevant permits
  • Issuing Compliance Certificates and booking inspections
  • Material Ordering, PO issuing, and material tracking
  • Basic Payroll and bookkeeping
  • Basic Administration tasks

About You

  • Good computer skills – must have basic Word and Excel skills
  • Experience with Xero (advantageous) and SimPro (advantageous)
  • A strong work ethic – self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
  • Initiative and problem-solving ability
