We are seeking Mature Minded Casual Mobile Patrol Officers who have proven experience within a similar role and thrive on the ever-changing dynamic of working within the Mobile Patrols environment. The positions will be based around East, South East Melbourne and officers are required to be available to work on weekends, as well as Day and Night duty shifts.

The role of Mobile Patrol Officer can be both challenging and rewarding, and requires outstanding time management skills and the desire to deliver a premium service.

The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:
Patrolling client properties within the geographic boundaries

Responding to remote alarm activations within a geographical area, in accordance with a specified time frame on the guidance from the Control Centre

Respond to alarm notifications and investigate as necessary

Attend to all reports of unauthorised access, antisocial behaviour and/or damage to resolve the issue immediately or assess whether the issue warrants elevation

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons or unusual occurrences

Customer liaison and assistance with all enquiries

Identify challenges and provide resolutions.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
To be considered for an opportunity with Core Protective Group, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience and appropriate certification within the following areas:
Availability to work for weekend and day and night duty, essential

Experience in mobile patrols or a similar role essential

Ability to drive, walk and stand for long periods of time

Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports

A current and valid unrestricted VIC Manual Driver’s License

A current and valid VIC Security License

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Somerville, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Security Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
