We are seeking a Risk Analyst to conduct detailed trade investigations, analyse trader behaviour, manage payout exposure, and ensure compliance with internal policies. This role is highly data-driven and involves deep analysis using SQL, identification of risk patterns and irregularities, optimisation of risk workflows, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to maintain the integrity of trading activity across the platform.

On a typical day, you will review trading behaviour, investigate potential trading policy breaches, analyse payout exposure trends, build and run SQL queries, and work closely with Product, Compliance, and Technology teams to enhance risk controls and operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, with experience working on large datasets
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in risk assessments and payout exposure reviews
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
  • Srong problem-solving skills with a track record of improving processes and workflows
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, and Technology teams
  • Experience conducting trade investigations within a trading or financial services environment (preferred)
  • Strong ability to analyse trading behaviour, identify irregularities, and assess client risk (preferred)
  • Understanding of Forex/CFD markets and trading mechanics (preferred)
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks within financial services (preferred)
  • Experience in risk reporting and tracking key risk indicators (preferred)
