Within this position you will provide sales and service support to the Client Development team and aligned Financial Advisers by providing a superior level of sales and administrative support. You will take ownership of all enquiries and ensure that they are actioned in a professional and efficient manner and in accordance with our business operating protocols
To be successful within this role you will:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support sales processes
  • Calculate sales achievement, maintain information of sales activities and sales performance metrics
  • Analyse sales performance for the development of sales plans and forecasts
  • Administer agency compensation, awards and benefits
Successful applications will demonstrate:
  • Previous experience working within a similar role, or within insurance or financial services will be highly regarded
  • Completion of RG146 qualification would be advantageous to this position
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
