About the Role

As the Manager, Digital Delivery, you'll lead our BAU DevOps team to deliver high-quality digital solutions, starting with Salesforce and expanding across platforms. You'll champion Agile principles and the Scrum framework, ensuring efficient delivery and strong collaboration between teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you'll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage dependencies, and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track. You'll work closely with product owners, engineers, and business leaders to plan, prioritize, and deliver initiatives that add real value. Alongside agile leadership, you'll oversee Salesforce operations, including environment management, release cycles, and quality practices, while driving continuous improvement across our digital delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the Scrum process by organizing and leading ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate and manage dependencies across multiple scrum teams and drive Scrum of Scrums for large program initiatives.
  • Facilitate design workshops and PI planning sessions to define technical plans, OKRs, scope, dependencies, and risks.
  • Coach teams to follow SAFe Agile practices and foster an agile mindset.
  • Remove impediments and ensure smooth communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize user stories, and deliver business value.
  • Monitor team performance metrics (velocity, burndown) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage Salesforce environments, QA/UAT/PROD releases, and oversee DevOps processes including code reviews.
  • Implement quality practices such as TDD, BDD, continuous delivery, and maintain technical documentation in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Provide leadership to the BAU Digital Operations Squad and stay current with Salesforce best practices.

About you

  • Industry experience gained in the Not-for-Profit sector or Corporate/Government Sectors in performing a similar role
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Experience facilitating workshops and interviews to collect information from a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Well organized and self-managed
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work In a team environment
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform Including
  • Ability to confidently engage with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in direction whilst keeping controls, procedures and documentation updated
