About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of electrical construction projects from concept to completion. You'll manage project budgets, schedules, teams and client relationships — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to meet project goals.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, variations and progress claims.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality standards.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear and proactive communication.
  • Lead site meetings and maintain accurate project reporting and documentation.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering electrical or construction projects end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, design, and installation practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualification in Electrical or Construction Management.
