Your role
The
Quality Assurance Manager
within the Courts and Tribunal Services Division's Digital Products Team, will lead the end-to-end testing of digital systems and maintain robust quality assurance processes. Your work will ensure our applications meet high standards, reduce defects, and deliver reliable services to the community.

What You'll Do
As part of the QA Manager, you will

Lead and manage a team of QA professionals and external vendors to support digital applications.

Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy across multiple applications.

Analyse business requirements and design testing plans to minimise risks and system outages.

Oversee test environments and manage deployments for development, testing, and release.

Administer and maintain test suites for unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing while supporting the test automation team

Prepare detailed test reports and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.

Maintain ICT quality management policies and ensure compliance with standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
Strong experience in designing quality frameworks and test strategies for application portfolios.

In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and testing methodologies.

Proven Leadership Skills With Experience Managing Teams And Resources.
Qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent experience, with ongoing professional development.

Ability to influence and negotiate, demonstrate accountability, and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Familiarity with quality management standards and risk compliance practices.
