The Role

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst join our global Technology team (primarily based in Europe) and play a pivotal role in our expansion. You'll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design, refine, and deliver solutions that drive both operational efficiency and customer impact.

About You

Your career has given you broad exposure to different technologies and industries, and you're equally comfortable:

• Running client-facing workshops and mapping processes with business stakeholders
• Presenting solutions to C-Suite executives
• Making informed technology choices that balance business and technical needs

You thrive in both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and large corporate B2B environments. Experience in regulated D2C markets or B2B partnerships will be highly advantageous.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Own the current technology systems for Asia Pacific, be able to understand the platform, system providers and configurations to continue to ensure tech solutions are great
• Leading client-facing workshops to elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for our embedded finance and insurance solutions
• Collaborating with product managers and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, representing the APAC needs throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Translating APAC market needs and client requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and technical documentation for our global product and development teams
• Working closely with our designer and technical team to design the perfect bespoke solution for our clients.
• Take the lead on our new Asia Pacific Technical Product development.
• Drive delivery of the solutions and represent the team.
• Drive a data driven culture within the organisation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 10+ years experience in technologies in roles as diverse as a Digital Business Analyst, technical product owner, Architect
• You have a natural flair for good proposition design, including customer journey mapping and operating model design
• Ability to facilitate business and technical workshops to elicit details requirements
• Proven experience in designing pragmatic solutions to solve real-world problems that take account desirability, feasibility and viability.
• Ability to define solutions that are aligned with the overall business objectives of both Glow and the Client
• Proven track record of developing and delivering quality systems applications.
• Experience of integrating systems and operations into client environments, in particular telco BSS, retail and service operations
• Full understanding and practical experience of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).
• Working knowledge of cloud-based solutions and integration with 3
