Your Role
You will use your exceptional customer service skills to build trusting relationships by communicating directly with Community Support Workers, clients, and families to inform them of roster and service changes as required. Working collaboratively within a supportive team, you will ensure the flexible, accurate, and timely allocation of resources to meet clients' service needs, including covering vacant or upcoming shifts and managing both planned and unplanned leave. You will be proactive in identifying where staffing resources are, or are likely to be, insufficient and communicate these gaps to our Workforce Planning team. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and commitment to accurate data entry will ensure rosters are maintained with precision.
Role Requirements
- Experience working as a Rostering Officer or Workforce Planner is desirable.
- Working with an Enterprise Agreement is desirable
- Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays mandatory, the other day is flexible
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- Australian Driver's Licence
- Completion of the NDIS Quality, Safety & You Orientation Module
