The Opportunity
- Develop and implement training programs for operations leads/operations staff on data management systems, focusing on D365 work order maintenance processes to foster efficient information handling practices.
- Collaborate in designing and implementing best practices for information management and organisational workflows in operations.
- Manage daily and weekly data entry, reconciliation, and closure of work orders in the QAD/D365 system, ensuring accurate digital record-keeping.
- Generate and distribute comprehensive reports on work order data, including variance analysis, for management review and decision-making.
- Oversee data input from production batchers and meticulously document any discrepancies in work order information.
- Produce analytical reports derived from QAD/ D365 system data, presenting insights on work order processing outcomes and trends.
- Perform data reconciliation for batched and finished products, and update rework information in the QAD/D365 system to maintain data integrity.
What you'll bring
- Have the ability to build rapport and working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with data entry.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft D365, MS office and CRM software's
- A working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety standards is preferred.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a range of tasks and responsibilities.
