Rivett Australian Capital Territory, Australia 360 Early Education Full time

360 Rivett is growing; and we're ready to welcome our next group of exceptional educators for 2026

Join educators who say that they have "found their forever home", "finally feel valued and recognised as professionals", and "work for a company that actually cares about children". Start dates are flexible between now and February 2026.

If you're energised by great practice, love working in a team that values children, and want to be part of a centre that exceeds expectations, you'll feel right at home with us. We have opportunities for you to join our Beyond the Classroom excursion program, Cultural Connections Working Group, our Fine Arts Engagement Program, or to spearhead your own initiatives as a new leader in our organisation.

We're looking for an Educator who wants to:

* Contribute to a centre known for high-quality education and care

* Bring strong organisation, initiative, and a love of learning

* Advocate for children and create meaningful outcomes every day

What you'll enjoy at 360 Rivett -

A team built for quality

Every room has one more educator than required because we believe ratios should support real relationships, not just compliance.

Growth that actually means something

You'll receive coaching, mentoring, short courses, group training, and access to our online learning platform. If you're hungry to grow, we match that energy.

Real experiences for children; and for you

Join our "Beyond the Classroom" excursions and help children explore the wider world.

Great conditions

Part-time roles available, generous pay above industry standards, and clear pathways for career progression.

What you bring -

* Warm, confident communication

* A creative, positive style that makes learning fun

* A genuine passion for early childhood education

* Strong customer service and comfort with technology

* A love of play, and the ability to problem-solve on the spot

* The ability to lift your teammates and contribute to a strong culture

* Commitment to inclusion and knowing how children learn in different ways

What you'll be doing -

Excellence in Education & Care

* Support high-quality programs aligned with our philosophy and the NQS

* Contribute observations, ideas, and reflections to the planning cycle

* Create an inclusive environment where every child feels seen and valued

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to continually refine practice

* Support children's social, emotional, and physical wellbeing through responsive, consistent care

Workplace Health & Safety

* Maintain supervision, ratios, and qualification requirements

* Use checklists and systems to keep the environment clean and safe

* Uphold duty of care with families and children at all times

* Administer first aid and medication (with accurate documentation)

* Follow WHS and child protection procedures, including mandatory reporting

* Participate confidently in emergency procedures and drills

Partnerships & Communication

* Build trusting relationships with families

* Communicate openly about children's wellbeing and learning

* Collaborate with colleagues respectfully and professionally

* Participate in service events, celebrations, and quality improvement projects

Learning & Development

* Engage in ongoing professional learning, including our Ed App platform

* Set goals with leadership and seek feedback that helps you grow

* Reflect on practice and contribute ideas that lift outcomes for children and the team
