Lead Educator (Full-Time) – Busy Bees at The Park

Location: Canberra International Airport, ACT

Centre Licensed Capacity: 174 places

Hourly Rate: $28.28 – $34.83

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at The Park. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and care for children, while working alongside a collaborative team of educators and leaders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing engaging learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
  • Building meaningful partnerships with families and the community.
  • Supporting children's holistic development and wellbeing.
  • Contributing to centre compliance and quality practices.

What You'll Need

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards).
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration – ACT.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for supporting children's learning journeys.
