About the role:
This is a full-time contract opportunity until July 2026, located in Kambah ACT. Hourly rate of $42.54 to $61.12 dependent on qualifications and experience, plus super & access to generous salary packaging options. Leave benefits included.

What you'll be doing:
- Foster warm, respectful relationships that help children flourish — emotionally, socially and intellectually.
- Create vibrant, play-based learning environments that celebrate diversity, creativity and discovery.
- Partner with families to support each child's unique journey.
- Lead by example — guiding and supporting educators to bring out the best in each other and the children in their care.
- Contribute to a service that values reflection, quality, and continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications & Experience
- A
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) - 2 to 3 years' experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher/Room Leader
- Child protection experience
- Current first aid, NSW WWCC and National Police Check
- A deep commitment to inclusive, strengths-based practice
- An ability to build genuine, lasting connections with children, families, and colleagues
- Energy, creativity and a collaborative spirit that uplifts those around you
