SkinKandy is seeking an experienced Area Trainer to join our NSW East team based in Sydney, NSW. As an Area Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to our retail staff across multiple locations. This full-time role is a crucial part of ensuring our team delivers exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

What you'll be doing

  1. Effective roll out and execution of piercing training and compliance for new and existing retail staff
  2. Provide ongoing coaching and support to retail teams to maintain high performance standards
  3. Lead by example, drive change, and foster a "will do" culture within the business. Create energy and focus to help people achieve outstanding results
  4. Ensure Store Trainers understand their roles and receive continuous coaching and support to consistently perform at the highest standards for SkinKandy.
  5. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
  6. Assist in the roll-out of new products, policies and procedures
  7. Act as a brand ambassador and promote SkinKandy's values and culture

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide effective feedback
  2. A passionate, collaborative and customer-focused mindset
  3. Hold or be working towards a qualification in Training & Assessment (Cert 4 or equivalent)
  4. Piercing Experience/ Knowledge (Minimum SK 5 Star Rank or equivalent)
  5. Certification in Retail, Sales, Customer Service (cert 3 minimum)
  6. Demonstrated experience in Sales and Customer Service
