Responsibilities- As an Associate Cloud Ops Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Cloud Operations team, responsible for managing creative cloud solutions for our clients. You'll provide support to ensure operational excellence and improve the overall customer experience with cloud-based platforms.
- This is a BAU/Support focused role. On a daily basis you will support the digital ops team, with a focus on Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement within a managed service provider environment. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure—particularly in AWS—will be required.
- A positive, can-do attitude, combined with strong team mentoring, planning, and communication skills, will be key to your success. You should have a proven track record of collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to build strong relationships. You will work closely with other operations staff, engineering and client services to ensure cloud services are available 24 x 7.

- Managed Services experience preferred as primary responsibilities are BAU support
- Prior experience in an entry level cloudops role is required
- Experience with Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement in a service provider environment
- Experience in cloud infrastructure – Amazon AWS and familiarity with Azure, GCP will be desirable
- Experience with optimisation, reliability, patching and security
- Administration of Linux /Windows Server
- A positive can-do attitude and professional approach to working with customers and with internal teams
- Up-to-date certifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and a successful track record in building strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders
- Ability to work closely with team members and our customers and support other teams to identify technology enhancement and efficiency opportunities
- Availability outside of hours to assist with resourcing/critical incidents
- Deal with day-to-day operations and associated matters
- Investigate, identify and resolve issues in a live production environment
- Improve the reliability and security of solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Enable greater process efficiencies and improvements, and capability enhancements
- Review user accounts access quarterly
