Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a qualified automotive pre-delivery technician to join our Lidcombe team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee pre-delivery inspections to ensure all vehicles meet Toyota and dealership standards.
  • Fit accessories as required – no two days are the same
  • Complete and manage vehicle quality checklists.
  • Safely move and park vehicles within storage areas.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace.
  • Help allocate and schedule daily work across the pre-delivery team.
  • Ensure WHS compliance and promote a safety-first culture.

What you'll bring:

  • A current Motor Vehicle Tradesperson Certificate (Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
  • Manufacturer-trained background preferred (Toyota, Hyundai, Kia or similar brands viewed positively)
  • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A current NSW driver's licence
  • Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
  • A police check is required to access security information under the Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Information Sharing Scheme.
