Black Bear Solutions is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a genuine temp-to-perm position in a various Sydney-based locations. There are multiple opportunities for career advancement for superstar performers.

About the Business:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of plant and equipment
  • Interpret plans and designs
  • Perform pre starts and general maintenance on various pieces of plant and equipment
  • Perform emergency repairs on various pieces of plant and equipment
  • Perform welding and fabrication work
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Welder/Boilermaker/Fitter.
  • Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces
  • Available Monday to Friday for day or afternoon shift hours
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
