Job DescriptionMust have excellent expertise in ADMS implementation with very good understanding of all the interfaces to energy distributionMandatory Technical SkillsEnd to End Configuration knowledge in designing solutions in POA for Utility domainMust be an expert in analysing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing POA technologiesExperience working with interfaces in addition to other non -ADMS applicationsExpertise in doing Solution demos and presentations to customers/business stakeholders/architects.Ability to assess and manage technical risks and issues.Should have experience of POA Technical Design for ADMSExperience in DMS/OMS Technical Pre -Sales including creation of technical proposals and constructing estimates for technical work.Mandatory Soft skillsShould have Excellent communication and presentation skillsShould have good attitude and learning desireShould have created Test scripts, User Manuals and Configuration guidesShould have good client handling skillsShould be able to manage customer independentlyShould have team building and collaborative working skillsResponsibilitiesStakeholder management for ADMS cross functional teamsArchitecture contribution, solution design, technical design and solution assurance for ADMSAnalyse the ADMS requirements for fit for purpose solutionRelease management of ADMS solutionDefine the ADMS roadmapMentoring technical resources for BAU and project worksProvide guidance and support o BAU team whenever necessaryFocus business improvements though Innovation and new ways of workingWork with key DMS/OMS stakeholder to bring efficiency in the business processes.
