What We Offer

  • Pay rate minimum of $32 to $40 per hour + super (12%)
‍ Your Role

As a Strength Coach at Inner Athlete, you'll:

  • Program and guide members through tailored training sessions
  • You'll be working primarily with youth athletes and teens to improve their sporting performance, build confidence, and overcome injuries
  • Oversee semi-private training sessions with energy and expertise
What We're Looking For

We're serious about finding the right fit. You must:

  • Hold Cert III & IV in Fitness and First Aid, and/or be studying Exercise & Sports Science
  • Have S&C experience or ASCA Level 1 certification
  • Bring at least 2 years of experience training youth athletes and general population clients
  • Demonstrate a passion for personal development and growth
  • Thrive in a team environment: learning, training, and laughing together
  • Be proactive about professional development
  • Be available for regular casual shifts (early mornings or evenings 4–8pm)
  • Experience working with sporting teams/squads/schools
  • Initiative and communication skills are highly valued
  • Actively training in the gym, playing a sport consistently, or being coached as part of a structured program
