**What We Offer**

- Pay rate minimum of $32 to $40 per hour + super (12%)

**️‍ ️ Your Role**:
As a Strength Coach at Inner Athlete, you’ll:

- Program and guide members through tailored training sessions
- You’ll be working primarily with youth athletes and teens to improve their sporting performance, build confidence, and overcome injuries
- Oversee semi-private training sessions with energy and expertise

** What We’re Looking For**:
We’re serious about finding the right fit. You must:

- Hold Cert III & IV in Fitness and First Aid, and/or be studying Exercise & Sports Science
- Have S&C experience or ASCA Level 1 certification
- Bring at least 2 years of experience training youth athletes and general population clients
- Demonstrate a passion for personal development and growth
- Thrive in a team environment: learning, training, and laughing together
- Be proactive about professional development
- Be available for regular casual shifts (early mornings or evenings 4-8pm)
- Experience working with sporting teams/squads/schools
- Initiative and communication skills are highly valued
- Actively training in the gym, playing a sport consistently, or being coached as part of a structured program
