The Role

We are looking for an Exercise Physiologist (EP) that loves their job & is looking to work in a boutique studio on a permanent basis. The role will begin as part time but definitely has scope to become full time.

Your caseload will consist of both 1-on-1 and small group sessions. We have a diverse group of clients ensuring your job has terrific variety & will ensure you become a well-rounded clinician:

  • Exercise Physiology referrals from our large network of local GPs
  • Tailored S&C programs to the general population
  • Clinical rehab programs
  • Working with the Physio team in the delivery of our Athlete Development program to up & coming local athletes
  • NDIS patients from our network of plan managers.

Some of our clients are stepping out of rehab and need a practitioner who can bridge the gap between clinical care and fitness. Your exercise expertise will ensure these people can take their health to the next level in an environment far more safe & professional than the local gym.

Your week will include:

  • Designing and coaching evidence‑based programs in both a 1-on-1 and small group setting
  • Progress‑review meetings and case conferences with our physio team.
  • Morning and evening shifts across a set roster
  • Reformer Pilates experience is an advantage but is not essential
About you
  • Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA).
  • Current First Aid & CPR plus professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
  • Confident coaching functional strength movements and adapting sessions for those with restrictions
  • Positive communicator who enjoys building long‑term client relationships
  • Someone looking for a long term career opportunity
