Mathematics Leader
who will champion excellence in mathematics and play a pivotal role in shaping a whole-school approach to numeracy teaching and learning. If you are passionate about mathematics education, committed to evidence-based practice, and eager to build teacher capacity in a collaborative community, we would love to hear from you.The position is full time (0.8 by negotiation) and will attract a POL, commencing at the beginning of 2026.What We're Looking For:The successful applicant will:

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Proven ability to plan, sequence and lead a whole-school F–6 mathematics curriculum that is coherent, engaging, and aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Evidence of successfully embedding current, evidence-based approaches in mathematics instruction to improve student learning outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading collaborative planning, building teacher knowledge, and modelling effective practices.
  • Strong capacity to use data and evidence to drive improvement, plan targeted interventions, and measure student growth.
  • Experience in supporting staff to differentiate learning, ensuring that all students are challenged and supported in their mathematical development.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
