Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.

Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Since launching, we've grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:

• We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200.
• Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.

In 2025, we are charting the path to support hundreds of thousands of patients while launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem.

• Practitioner engagement. Own our engagement strategy for a 100+ strong practitioner network. Build trust, align on goals, and support high performance to deliver quality care.
• Shift management & forecasting. Lead workforce planning and rostering across brands. Use data and cross-functional input to ensure practitioner supply matches patient demand.
• Team management. Manage our Manila-based ops team, providing the structure and support needed to run a reliable consult operation day to day.
• Performance & insights. Track key metrics using tools like Metabase, and turn insights into actions that improve availability, reliability, and overall patient experience.
• Process improvement. Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and prepare systems to scale.
• Project ownership. Drive operational projects end to end — from planning to execution. Roll up your sleeves to build and optimise systems that have real impact.

• Ready to get stuck in. You're extremely proactive, ambitious, keen to learn, and ready to get going
• Clear and impactful communicator. You're confident in sharing messages across the team, broader business, and our 100-person fully remote prescribing workforce.
• Persistent problem-solver. You are relentless in overcoming obstacles, finding innovative solutions where others see roadblocks.
• Team player. You prioritise the success of the team and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Reflective and growth-oriented. You actively seek feedback and continuously improve.

• Bring ~5 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups/scaleups or similar fields.
• Are confident with data, structured thinking, and operational systems.
• Communicate clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Like solving problems, owning outcomes, rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
• A passion for start-ups, healthcare, and using technology to improve services.
• Have experience managing people and know how to lead with clarity and empathy.
• No clinical experience is necessary, this is an operations role.
