At Hanlon Industries, we don't just build steel structures - we build strength, safety, and community. With over 20 years of success in the steel and construction industries, we're looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our Narangba workshop team.

In this role, you'll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of steel fabrication and construction projects, keeping schedules tight, communication clear, and outcomes on track.

What you'll be doing
  • Coordinating day-to-day project activities across workshop and site.
  • Updating trackers, schedules, and reports to keep programs moving.
  • Spotting risks, scope changes, or resourcing issues early.
  • Assisting with procurement, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
  • Liaising with teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to solve challenges quickly.
  • Supporting logistics, compliance, and reporting to ensure we meet high standards.
What we're looking for
  • Studying or qualified in engineering, construction, or a related trade.
  • 0–3 years' experience in project/construction environments (uni projects and internships welcome).
  • Clear communicator with strong organisational skills.
  • Confident with Microsoft 365 and project tools.
  • A collaborator who knows when to escalate.
  • Exposure to cost control, scheduling, or OHS&E documentation is a plus.
