We have opportunities for experienced Senior Advisors to join our team
Role
As part of this role you will provide expert advice and support to management and staff on a wide range of complex human resource matters, including but not limited to:

  • General employment conditions and employee matters.
  • Recruitment.
  • Medical Case matters.
  • Performance management coaching.
  • Payroll issues.
  • Job analysis; and
  • Workforce planning.

Your work extends beyond your immediate role, contributing to a more connected, accessible and inclusive Queensland, as we'll also rely on your advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills to maintain positive employee relations in complex environments.

Suited For Those Who

  • Enjoy partnering, collaborating and communicating with stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Have a high level of communication, consultation, negotiation and liaison skills.
  • Have excellent business writing skills.
  • Are self-managed and self-motivated, highly organised and have attention to detail.
  • Are able to prioritise efficiently, in line with client and team requirements and commitments.
  • Are skilled at research, analysis, and problem solving.
  • Thrive on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing with peers and stakeholders.
