Findex is on the lookout for a Marketing Events Coordinator to join our vibrant and energetic Marketing team in Melbourne. This role is heavily focused on events, with opportunities to get involved in internal communications. There is plenty of room to flex your creative muscles and make a real impact across Australia and New Zealand.

 What you'll be doing:

 Take ownership of planning and delivering standout webinars, conferences, and internal events — manage all the moving parts — budgets, timelines, stakeholders, agendas, and vendors

• Create polished, on-brand experiences that leave a lasting impression
• Work collaboratively with designers, content creators, and communications specialists to deliver creative assets, campaigns, and messaging that bring each event to life.
• Deliver high-profile events with confidence and professionalism, engaging with senior executives and stakeholders throughout the process
• Measure success and use insights to level up future events and use AI to optimise workflows
• Support the wider Marketing team with sponsorships, communications, campaigns, community initiatives and adhoc marketing requests
• Travel across Australia and New Zealand when required to bring events to life (yes, there's travel)

 What you bring to the table:

 A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, PR, Event Management, or similar

• Proven experience in events, marketing, or internal comms — ideally in corporate or professional services
• A creative flair and eye for detail — you know how to make things pop
• Tech-savvy with tools like Eventbrite, GoToWebinar, Hubspot, SharePoint, Jira and MS 365
• A cool head under pressure and a knack for juggling multiple projects
• Ambition, drive, and a hunger to grow — we love people who want to make their mark
