We're Hiring Part-Time Bar Staff

We're Sydney's first tap-focused draft cocktail bar with an innovative lab concept bar where creativity meets technology. From cocktails on tap to precision-made drinks crafted with advance equipment, we're reimagining the bar experience — and we want you on our team.

Your Role Includes:

  • Bartending and cocktail preparation (tap + lab setup)
  • Bar upkeep and cleaning
  • Stocktake
  • Introduce drinks to guest
  • Guest greetings and table service
  • POS transactions and cash handling
  • Delivering fun, memorable guest experiences

What You Bring:

  • Valid RSA
  • 2+ years bar experience (hospitality experience helps)
  • Fluent English and great communication skills
  • Positive energy and team player mindset
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Available for nights and weekends
