FLOOR STAFF: CASUAL (30+ HOURS AVAILABLE)

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring venue presentation is to the standard expected at
Cabana Bar. The floor is the first impression for our guests, and you will play an integral role in this.
You will work as a team to clear the floor, replenish the bar with stock and glassware and run food
and beverages to our customers. The floor is only the beginning; at Cabana Bar we hold monthly Bar
101, speed and efficiency, and cocktail training to help you to develop new skills and make you a
hospitality all-rounder in no time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Venue set up
- Venue presentation - ensuring that all empty glasses or finished dishes are returned to the
- bar/kitchen, surfaces are wiped down and not sticky and furniture is reset- Stock movement
- Food and beverage running

- Willingness to learn

- Available Friday/Saturday
