We’re Sydney’s **first tap-focused draft cocktail bar** with an **innovative lab concept bar** where creativity meets technology. From cocktails on tap to precision-made drinks crafted with advance equipment, we’re reimagining the bar experience — and we want you on our team.

**Your Role Includes**:

- Bartending and cocktail preparation (tap + lab setup)
- Bar upkeep and cleaning
- Stocktake
- Introduce drinks to guest
- Guest greetings and table service
- POS transactions and cash handling
- Delivering fun, memorable guest experiences

**What You Bring**:

- Valid **RSA**:

- **2+ years** bar experience (hospitality experience helps)
- Fluent **English** and great communication skills
- **Positive energy** and team player mindset
- **Working rights** in Australia
- Available for **nights and weekends**
