In this role, you'll use your clinical knowledge and strong communication skills to guide patients on their health journey - conducting consultations, educating them about treatment options, and working closely with our medical team to deliver evidence-based care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct phone and video consultations with prospective patients.
• Use your nursing expertise to assess patient needs and recommend personalised treatment options.
• Educate patients on Menova's solutions for weight loss, hormone restoration, mental well-being, and sexual health.
• Build trust and lasting relationships by providing empathetic, patient-centred care.
• Guide patients smoothly through the enrolment process and support them throughout their health journey.
• Work collaboratively with our case management and medical teams to ensure holistic, evidence-based treatment.
• Meet achievable monthly goals while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.

About You

We're looking for nurses who bring a mix of clinical expertise and a passion for helping people:

• Experience in telehealth, men's health, wellness, or primary care is a plus - but not essential, as full training is provided.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - you love educating and supporting patients.
• Australian registered healthcare professionals is a plus, but not essential.
• A compassionate, patient-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
• Any nursing qualification is acceptable for this position, with opportunities to specialise in men's health and telehealth services.

What We Offer

• Attractive Compensation – Competitive salary plus commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings of $120,000-$170,000 per year.
