Sydney, New South Wales, Australia We Are Unity Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Are you a curious psychologist, consulting associate or brand / communications specialist who wants to create meaning that matters?

  • New role reports to the Director, Centre of Expertise
  • ASX listed clients, impactful projects
  • Hybrid role (work from home and our centrally located, architect designed office)

We Are Unity
is a consulting agency that specialises in sustainable business performance, with a focus on leveraging purpose, defining vision, embedding strategy, building brands, and unlocking performance culture.

We are looking for an
Associate (Culture, Brand & Strategy)
to support the delivery of cutting-edge projects. We're not just looking for someone to be supporting in the background; we're seeking a professional who can run focus groups, write reports and shape recommendations together with an eclectic team delivering smart and creative solutions to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Associate, you will work on high-profile culture, brand and transformation projects together with a diverse team of experts that make a real difference for people. You'll work at the intersection of business and people, using your expertise to:

  • Dive deep into data: Analyse quantitative and qualitative people and performance data—from engagement surveys to productivity metrics—to find meaningful insights and root causes.
  • Frame the narrative: Design powerful presentations that transform complex data into clear, compelling stories for senior stakeholders.
  • Shape employee experience and performance: Contribute to culture and employee experience initiatives by supporting diagnostics, generating insights, and telling the story of what truly matters to people.
  • Facilitate and connect: Support stakeholder engagement through interviews, focus groups, and impactful workshops.
  • Provide evidence-based recommendations: Challenge assumptions and support strategic business decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Drive for outcomes: Proactively solve problems with a real hustle for results and being comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Client management: Manage day-to-day project activities, communicate effectively and build strong client relationships.

Who We're Looking For

You're a professional with a background in Psychology, Human Resources, Brand, Communications, Business, or Data Science. You're a resilient and adaptable team player who isn't afraid to take ownership and solve problems.

You have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role focused on People & Culture, Brand, or Strategy (consulting, agency or in-house)
  • Strong skills in analysing and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ideally experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python.
  • A proven ability to design visually engaging and data-driven presentations.
  • Experience facilitating focus groups and documenting insights
  • Great organisation and time management skills– you're able to juggle multiple projects while staying resilient during tight time frames
  • Client / stakeholder engagement experience with energy and strong presenting skills

Why Join Us?

At We Are Unity, we believe in the power of purpose. We partner with global clients to drive transformations that unite strategy, brand, and culture. We thrive on challenges and push ourselves—and our clients—to unlock potential they never thought possible. By helping our clients realise their purpose, we stay true to our own.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Sydney office with a hybrid work model. You will report directly to the Director of our Centre of Expertise.

If you're ready to use your analytical skills to make a tangible impact on organisational culture, brand and strategy, we'd love to hear from you.

Applications are welcomed from Australian citizens, permanent residents or unrestricted working Visa holders.
