Position Description:

The Department is seeking a resource skilled in the configuration of SharePoint to complete the build of a new Intranet site. A consultant had previously commenced the setup to replace the existing site, which is hosted on a platform approaching end-of-life; however, the work was not completed.

The resource will assist with the configuration of SharePoint to align the new Intranet site with the visual theme of the Office's website and deliver associated features required for a minimum viable product. This includes implementing a simple visitor request function that sends an email to security staff.

Full content migration is not required.

The engagement also includes up to 6 hours of training for internal IT staff to ensure they are equipped to manage the platform post-launch. The total engagement is expected to be minor, estimated at 1–2 days of work including training hours.
