About the role

Reporting to the Director Strategy, the Strategy Assistant will be responsible for providing office management and administrative support to the Strategy, Growth and External Affairs team, playing an instrumental role in coordinating team activities.

Duties include but not limited to;

  • Provide high-level administrative support to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across key functions.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, room bookings, preparation and distribution of agendas, and accurate minute-taking.
  • Manage a range of business processes, including raising and tracking purchase orders, processing and approving invoices, and reconciling corporate credit card transactions.
  • Compile data and contribute to the preparation of reports, dashboards, and updates for senior management.
  • Assist in the development of presentations, briefing papers, and strategic documents to support decision-making.
  • Deliver a range of administrative and project support tasks as required by the Director – Strategy and leadership team.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable administrative role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Highly developed organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
