Enrolled Nurses - Flinders Private Hospital

About the role: 

  • Ability to lead by example, demonstrating the professionalism and culture of Flinders Private Hospital

  • Committed to continuous quality improvement

  • Committed to provision of quality nursing care, education and customer service

  • Experience in General Surgical Nursing including colorectal nursing

  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards, ACHA policies and procedures

  • Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands

  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance

About you

  • Works well within a team, with a 'can do' attitude

  • Passion for delivering exceptional nursing care in an empathetic manner

  • Mininum two years' service as an Enrolled Nurse

  • Current South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance

  • Current AHPRA Registration

  • Diploma in Nursing

Flinders Private Hospital offers a range of specialties including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, ENT surgery, general medicine, general surgery, gynaecology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, plastic & reconstructive surgery, oncology and urology. Flinders Private Hospital has 9 operating theatres, a procedure room, 3 angiography labs, an infusion suite, a 24/7 cardiac emergency centre and a 10 bed level 3 critical care unit.

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance (ACHA) & Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) South Australian Branch – Nurses' & Midwives – Enterprise Agreement – 'Agreement' or 'Enterprise Agreement')" (salaries range between $ $37.13 per hour).
