About the Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our caring teams across our sites in the Adelaide metropolitan and Hills regions.

Available roles include permeant and casual opportunities across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

As an Enrolled Nurse with CCH, you'll play a key role in supporting residents' wellbeing through high-quality, person-centred care — helping us achieve our vision of providing quality care through mutual respect in a caring environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ongoing, responsible, and holistic nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications (up to and including Schedule 4)
  • Provide direct person-centred nursing care aligned with residents' care plans
  • Lead, guide, and support Personal Care Workers in their daily duties
  • Uphold best practice in WHS, infection control, and risk management
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards

Requirements

  • Diploma of Nursing qualification (Essential)
  • Current AHPRA registration (Essential)
  • National Police Clearance (Essential)
  • Demonstrated experience within aged care or a similar healthcare setting
