Key responsibilities

  • Lead contract delivery, financial performance, and strategic outcomes.
  • Drive Zero Harm safety culture and ensure compliance with legislation and standards.
  • Apply best practice asset management to prolong asset life and reduce downtime.
  • Build collaborative relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Champion sustainability, social benefit initiatives, and decarbonisation efforts.
  • Empower and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in civil or asset management, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to manage complex contracts and drive operational excellence.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Passionate about safety, innovation, and delivering community value.
