About the Opportunity:We are looking for experienced Bartenders well-versed in classic cocktails, spirits and wine knowledge. Waiting experience advantageous.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Must have in depth cocktail and spirit knowledge
  • Extensive wine knowledge advantageous
  • Drive for beverage service
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
  • Outgoing personality
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation and grooming
  • Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
  • Must have RSA certificate
