We are looking for a Maintenance Officer to work at our Residential Aged Care site in Trott Park. This is a Permanent Full Time role, working Monday - Friday, assisting the site to maintain the beautiful grounds and facilities so our Residents can feel at home, and enjoy the outdoors.

You'll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

• Performing gardening, basic maintenance in plumbing, carpentry and general grounds related maintenance tasks
• Ensuring all equipment is operated and serviced in accordance with site procedures and/or manufacturer's instructions
• Assessing ad hoc repairs and escalate to manager as required
• Providing onsite point of contact to contractors and ensure outcomes are conducted safely within reasonable timeframes and budgets.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Current, Full South Australian Class C Driver's License
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Be physically and mentally capable and report to work in a fit state to perform all duties
