Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking enthusiastic Electrical Supervisors for a 5:2 roster (Monday-Friday) Kwinana and Perth Metropolitan area . If you are wanting to be home every night this role is for you Begin the recruitment selection process now

As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll step into a key leadership role, guiding skilled crews and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-standard electrical outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the mining and resources sector, particularly across projects and shutdowns
  • Strong knowledge of AS/NZS wiring rules and relevant electrical standards
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Demonstrated alignment with Tasman Power's values, including safety, integrity, and accountability
  • Demonstrate commitment to Company Values;
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position, preferably within the construction industry for a minimum of 3 years
  • Cert III or Cert IV Instrumentation (or equivalent)
  • WA A Grade Electrical License;
  • Working at Heights;
  • Cert IV Hazardous Areas
  • Provide First Aid (LVR/CPR within one year);
  • High Risk Work Licence (EWP over 11m);  and
  • Valid WA C or HR class driver's license
  • Dangerous Goods Security Card
